MS structural steel frame (ISMC / RHS sections as per IS 2062) with MIG CO₂ welding throughout. Corner posts rated to 10,000 kg load capacity — container-grade strength.
50mm thick Rockwool at 48 kg/m³ density in walls and ceiling. Keeps interiors comfortable even at 45°C+ heat without excessive AC load. Cornice-finished joints for a clean finish.
ISI marked concealed PVC conduit wiring, MCB + RCCB distribution board (Legrand / Havells / ABB / Schneider), sockets, switches, LED lights — connect to site power and it's operational.
MS profiled main door (84″×36″) with multi-point locking, EPDM rubber sealing, sun shed, SS handle and all-drop. Aluminium 2-track powder-coated sliding windows (4′L×3′H) with SS fly-proof net, safety grill, vertical blinds and sun shed.
Pre-laminated particleboard or cement fibre walls, PVC false ceiling or GI sheet ceiling, PVC flooring (1.3mm) on 18mm cement fibre board base — all installed at the factory.
400mm cabin fans pre-installed as standard. 200mm exhaust fans with louvers in toilets. AC mounting points, dedicated electrical points, and frames factory-fitted and tested before dispatch.
For toilet, canteen, and washroom cabins: CPVC heavy pipes, SWR rigid drainpipes,EWC, washbasin with pedestal, L-bend wall mixer, health faucet, and 18″×24″ mirrors — fully pre-installed.
